The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents of the Lubomia municipality and municipal waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Lubomia. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents, in a manner enabling the Lubomia Municipality to achieve the appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship, the resolution on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubomia municipality, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), as well as the regulations concerning the performance of the task, and the provision of a service consisting of the collection and management of waste collected at the PSZOK (the waste also originates from properties inhabited by residents), fractions: paper; metals; plastics; glass; multi-material packaging waste; biowaste; hazardous waste; expired medicines and chemicals; waste not classified as medical waste generated in households as a result of administering medicinal products by injection and monitoring substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; waste batteries and accumulators; waste electrical and electronic equipment; waste tires; furniture and other bulky waste; construction and demolition waste; textile and clothing waste.
