Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of BystraSidzina during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The task concerns: The collection and management of municipal waste concerns properties where residents live and properties where residents do not live but municipal waste is generated, located within the territory of the Municipality of BystraSidzina during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The scope of the contract includes: • collection of municipal waste from owners of properties where residents live, • collection of municipal waste from summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, • collection of municipal waste from properties where residents do not live but municipal waste is generated, • transport of collected waste to sorting, recovery or disposal sites, • transfer of collected municipal waste and its management at a municipal installation, in accordance with the waste hierarchy. Waste collection will include: a) municipal waste collected separately, divided into five fractions: • waste comprising paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, collected in blue containers or bags marked “PAPER”; • waste comprising glass waste, including glass packaging waste, collected in green containers or bags marked “GLASS”; • waste comprising metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, collected in yellow containers or bags marked “METALS AND PLASTICS”; • bio-waste, collected in brown containers or bags marked “BIO”; • unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (other waste), i.e. residues from sorting, collected in black containers or bags Procedure: open.
