1. The subject matter of the contract is the service of collecting and transporting municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties in the Municipality and Town of Lubomierz and managing it until 30.06.2027 in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) for residents of the Municipality of Lubomierz. Waste will be collected from the Municipality of Lubomierz, which currently has approx. 5 500 residents who live permanently and temporarily in the town and villages. The Municipality of Lubomierz comprises the following 13 village administrative units: Chmieleń, Golejów, Janice, Maciejowiec, Milęcice, Oleszna Podgórska, Pasiecznik + Zalesie, Pławna Dolna, Pławna Górna, Pokrzywnik, Popielówek, Radoniów, Wojciechów. Note: During performance of the service, changes to the addresses and number of residents and properties served are possible. These changes will not affect the unit values specified in the price form. 2. The service of collecting and transporting municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties in the Municipality and Town of Lubomierz includes: 1) selective collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality and Town of Lubomierz applicable during the term of the contract – constituting Annex No. 13a to the SWZ) comprising the following waste fractions: a) mixed – code 200 301, b) paper and cardboard - code 150 101, c) plastics and metal - code 150 104,150 102, 150 105, 150 106 d) glass – code 150 107, e) biodegradable waste – code 200 201, Note: In connection with the declared possession of composters in single-family housing in the town of Lubomierz and the municipality, the Contractor will not collect, transport or manage biodegradable waste at the frequency specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality and Town of Lubomierz (Annex No. 13a to the SWZ). If no declaration of possession of composters has been made, waste will be collected following arrangements by telephone. 2) collection of the above-mentioned municipal waste from appropriate municipal waste containers having the capacity specified in the applicable Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality and Town of Lubomierz, at the frequency specified in the schedule, 3) management of the collected municipal waste. 4) organisation and operation of a Selective Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK. 5) organisation and operation of a mobile collection of bulky waste originating from households. The estimated quantity of municipal waste generated that will have to be collected and managed – approx. 1700 Mg. More information in the SWZ and annexes.
