The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of properties within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka where residents live, at the frequency specified in Resolution No. XX/202/25 of the Municipal Council of Wręczyca Wielka of 29 December 2025 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka (Official Journal of the Silesian Voivodeship of 2026, item 434), hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, and Resolution No. XXV/241/26 of the Municipal Council of Wręczyca Wielka of 10 June 2026 amending Resolution No. XX/202/25 of the Municipal Council of Wręczyca Wielka of 29 December 2025 on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka. The subject of the contract includes: a) Leasing containers for unsorted (mixed) and separately collected waste (biowaste, glass, ashes and slag from domestic furnaces) and equipping properties with bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics, and paper), by individual fraction, for property owners within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka. The leasing of containers will cover the entire contract performance period, b) Maintaining records and reporting in accordance with the applicable regulations. c) Managing waste while maintaining the recovery or disposal rates for collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the ucpg Act with regard to municipal waste collected from property owners within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka. d) Conducting at least two educational campaigns aimed at promoting and defining the rules concerning separate collection of municipal waste (in accordance with the applicable regulations), by preparing and delivering an information leaflet to each property owner within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka. The content, graphic design and date of delivery of the leaflet to residents must be agreed with and approved by the Contracting Authority. The minimum dimensions of the prepared leaflet are A-5 format, and the minimum text font size is 11 pt. The leaflet must be printed in colour; the number of leaflets delivered must correspond to the number of properties subject to the municipal waste collection obligation included in the Contracting Authority's list, taking into account new collection points established during performance of the service (if the educational campaign has already been conducted, the leaflet for new points should be delivered on the day the property is equipped with the required containers). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into three parts. Sectors I, II and III are covered by the parts of the contract. Part No. 1 – Sector I, covering the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the following localities: - Borowe,- Bieżeń,- Bór Zapilski,- Brzezinki,- Czarna Wieś,- Golce,- Hutka,- Jezioro,- Kuleje,- Nowiny,- Piła Druga,- Piła Pierwsza,- Puszczew,- Truskolasy village administrative district I, - Truskolasy village administrative district II,- Węglowice,- Zamłynie. Part No. 2 – Sector II, covering the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the following localities: - Długi Kąt,- Grodzisko, - Kalej, - Klepaczka, - Nowa Szarlejka,- Pierzchno, - Szarlejka, - Wręczyca Mała, - Wręczyca Wielka village administrative district I, - Wręczyca Wielka village administrative district II, - Wydra. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka - Sector I, consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste originating from owners of inhabited properties and properties on which a summer house is located, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, situated within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka. Waste management must ensure that, in a given calendar year, the appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced in accordance with the provisions of the ucpg Act and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. 1) The subject of the contract includes: a) leasing containers for unsorted (mixed) and separately collected waste (biowaste, glass, ashes and slag from domestic furnaces) and equipping properties with bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics, and paper), by individual fraction, for property owners within the Municipality of Wręczyca Wielka – Sector I.
