The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixtures of materials and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the Landfill for waste other than hazardous and inert waste in Bogatynia operated by Gminne Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania Sp. z o.o. 2. The waste covered by this contract must be transported and then managed at the Contractor’s facilities, which hold decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in a recovery process, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this area and using the recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste. 3. The waste will be collected using transport organized by the Contractor and at its expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport, and unloading. 1.
