Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality and from owners of uninhabited properties, at the frequency specified in the Resolution on the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality and the resolution on the detailed method and scope of providing services involving the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the management of such waste in exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner, as well as from two Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (hereinafter MPSZOK). Waste covered by the subject matter of the contract and intended for collection has been classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue and falls within the groups designated by the codes: 20 - municipal waste including separately collected fractions and 15 - packaging waste, 17 - construction and demolition waste originating from minor works not requiring a building permit or notification of the intention to build or perform works. The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) collection and transport, as well as management in Municipal installations, of waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality where municipal waste is generated, at the frequency specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality and in the SWZ, 2) management of waste while maintaining recovery or disposal rates for collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the ucpg Act with regard to municipal waste collected from property owners in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality, 3) reporting in accordance with the applicable regulations, 4) supplying property owners, for the duration of the contract, with containers for non-segregated waste (mixed waste, which also includes ash from domestic furnaces) and selective waste, and equipping properties with bags for selectively collected waste (metals and plastics, as well as paper, glass, bio) by individual fraction for property owners in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality. The lease of containers will cover the entire contract performance period, 5) transferring, in accordance with Art. 9ea of the ucpg Act, and managing selectively collected municipal waste collected from each Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at a waste recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Art. 20(2) of the Waste Act, 6) organizing and equipping each Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter MPSZOK) with skips and containers (the contractor shall provide an appropriate number of containers and skips ensuring the collection of all waste fractions in accordance with the applicable regulations), 7) organizing mobile collections of bulky waste, electrical waste, and passenger-car tyres, max. 4 pcs. from one property - twice a year (from all address points covered by the system), 1x in the spring season and 1 x in the autumn season, according to a schedule agreed upon and accepted by the Contracting Authority. 8) collection and transport, as well as management, of waste collected at two MPSZOKs located as follows – one on cadastral plot no. 115 in Czerwieńsk (near the sewage treatment plant in Czerwieńsk), and the other on cadastral plot no. 293/6 in the locality of Nietkowice. The Contractor will be required to organize and operate two MPSZOKs once a week for 3 hours each (according to a schedule agreed upon and accepted by the Contracting Authority). The Contractor shall appoint a person to operate each MPSZOK who will verify the waste deliverer on the basis of a paid bill for waste collection for the benefit of the Czerwieńsk Municipality for the previous month. The mobile PSZOKs are to operate every week for 3 hours throughout the year. Mixed waste in the amount of – 2.690 Mg Segregated waste in the amount of – 2.283,25 MG The subject matter of the contract is the service of collecting, transporting and managing waste with code 20 02 03, as other non-biodegradable waste, accumulated in 5m3 skips made available by the Contracting Authority from the grounds adjacent to cemeteries in the territory of the Czerwieńsk Municipality. Waste accumulated in 5 m³ skips will be collected from the grounds adjacent to cemeteries located in the following localities:  Będów – 1 skip  Nietkowice – 1 skip  Czerwieńsk – 2 skips  Leśniów Wielki – 1 skip  Nietków – 1 skip. Waste accumulated in the skips may be of various types and is not segregated. The skips may contain waste: glass packaging, plastic packaging, metals, paper, bio-waste and other waste. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste with code 20 03 01 (non-segregated – mixed municipal waste) from containers (street litter bins) with a capacity of up to 0.12 m³ at bus stops, playgrounds and parks, and from a 5m3 skip on Rynek St. Number of bins – 44 pcs Collection frequency – every 14 days The Contractor will collect waste accumulated in street litter bins and in the skip on Rynek St. in Czerwieńsk.
