Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste originating from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUK) in Ostrołęka, ul. Komunalna 8. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 lots. Each Contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all lots of the contract. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to the Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of 30 December 2020 on the method of preparing and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a public procurement or design contest procedure (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2452), specifies the necessary hardware and application requirements enabling work on platformazakupowa.pl, i.e.: 1) permanent access to the Internet with guaranteed bandwidth of no less than 512 kb/s, 2) a PC or MAC computer with the following configuration: memory min. 2 GB RAM, Intel IV 2 GHZ processor or a newer version thereof, one of the operating systems - MS Windows 7, Mac Os x 10 4, Linux, or newer versions thereof, 3) any web browser other than Internet Explorer installed, 4) JavaScript enabled, 5) Adobe Acrobat Reader or another program supporting the .pdf file format installed, 6) encryption on platformazakupowa.pl is performed using the TLS 1.3 protocol. 7) the time marking of data receipt by the procurement platform consists of the date and exact time (hh:mm:ss) generated according to the local time of the server synchronized with the clock of the Central Office of Measures. Information concerning contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract 1. Contractors may jointly apply for the award of the contract. In such a case, the Contractors shall appoint an attorney-in-fact to represent them in the procedure or to represent them and conclude the public procurement contract. The power of attorney should be attached to the tender. 2. Details concerning contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract are in Chapter XII of the SWZ 1) The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixtures of materials and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than that specified in 19 12 11 - a component for the production of pre-RDF alternative fuel, generated at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, ul. Komunalna 8, in Ostrołęka, in an estimated quantity of approximately 12 000 Mg. Method of management - through its recovery in accordance with generally applicable provisions of law and decisions held by the Contractor. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 9a to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 1) The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 05 99 – other waste not otherwise specified (stabilizate) generated at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, ul. Komunalna 8 in Ostrołęka, in an estimated quantity of approximately 3 000 Mg – waste generated from the biodegradable fraction separated from mixed municipal waste. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 9b to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 1) The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 – Other waste (including mixtures of materials and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than that specified in 19 12 11 (residue after dismantling, - high-energy fraction intended for the production of alternative fuel) in an estimated quantity of approximately 650 Mg. The waste is generated as a result of the manual dismantling of bulky waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Ostrołęka, ul. Komunalna 8. Method of management - through its recovery, in accordance with generally applicable provisions of law and decisions held by the Contractor. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 9c to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 1) The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste with code 20 03 07 – bulky waste in an estimated quantity of approximately 650 Mg. The waste covered by the contract originates from collection from residents of the City of Ostrołęka and the Municipality of Rzekuń at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in Ostrołęka, ul. Komunalna 6A.
