1. The subject of this contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the Municipality of Murowana Goślina for property owners located within the Municipality of Murowana Goślina for a period of 24 months from the date of commencement of the Services designated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with Chapter II section 3 of the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), but not earlier than 1 October 2026. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) collecting municipal waste from property owners located within the Municipality of Murowana Goślina (Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poznań County) who remain within the municipal waste collection system, periodically at source (from the waste collection location, hereinafter: “MGO”), divided into the following fractions: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also: “mixed waste”), b) paper, c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, d) glass, e) bio-waste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter also: “bio-waste”), 2) collecting waste in the form of expired medicines from pharmacy outlets, 3) collecting the following fractions of municipal waste from property owners located within the Municipality of Murowana Goślina under a system of periodic mobile collections (Mobile Municipal Waste Collections): a) furniture and other bulky waste, b) used tyres, c) waste electrical and electronic equipment, d) textile and clothing waste. 4) transporting the collected municipal waste referred to in points 1-3 (hereinafter: “municipal waste”) to the waste collection (management) location provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender, with the exception of the collection (management) of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, which the Contractor shall transfer to the Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant in Poznań (hereinafter: “ITPOK”), 5) transferring municipal waste for management at the waste collection (management) location(s) provided by the Contractor and indicated in the tender, with the exception of the collection (management) location for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, which shall be transferred by the Contractor to ITPOK, 6) providing, throughout the entire period of performance of municipal waste collection and transport services, a collection (management) location or locations for all fractions of municipal waste, with the exception of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, 7) providing property owners with bags intended for the selective collection and storage of waste: a) paper, b) glass, c) metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste, – to the extent that the waste deposit system provides for waste collection in bags. 8) Providing services related to the supply of Transponders, in particular (the precise scope of the services is specified in the OPZ and other tender documents): a) supply of Transponders, b) installation thereof on waste collection containers, c) installation of and provision of access to a system for identifying containers intended for municipal waste collection using radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology, 9) performance of services and obligations related to those specified above in points 1)-8).
