Opportunity description
1. Organization of the collection of selectively collected, biodegradable and unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, its transport and management, originating from inhabited properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice. By "inhabited properties", the Contracting Authority means: properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice in which residents reside and properties referred to in Article 6j(4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the resolutions of the Municipal Council in Pyskowice, and to manage the collected waste in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), as well as environmental protection requirements and the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. 2. Mixed municipal waste and biowaste must be transferred to a municipal installation. 3. Performance of the subject matter of the contract must comply with environmental protection laws and sanitary regulations, including the regulation issued pursuant to Article 9d(2) of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. 4. Performance of the contract using vehicles in accordance with the requirements described in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners. 5. To perform the contract, the Contractor must use at least: • 2 vehicles adapted for collecting municipal waste, including 1 vehicle with a closed-water-circuit container-washing function, adapted for washing and disinfecting containers at the waste collection site. • 1 vehicle adapted for collecting selectively collected municipal waste, • 1 vehicle for collecting waste without a compacting function (with skip-loader bodywork), The vehicles should meet the requirements of the permissible exhaust emission standard—at least Euro 5. If the Contractor—in order to duly perform the contract, ensure continuity of service provision, provide reserve capacity or emergency replacements, or respond to increased fleet requirements—expands the fleet of vehicles dedicated to or actually used to serve the Municipality beyond the minimum indicated above, the Contractor shall adapt the composition of the entire fleet used to the legally required threshold of at least 9% clean vehicles within the meaning of the Act on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels.
