The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Bestwina municipality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ for Lot 1 and Annex No. 3a to the SWZ for Lot 2. The scope of this contract for Lot 1 includes the collection of municipal waste from property owners within the Municipality, its transport and management in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The scope of this contract for Lot 2 includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the PSZOK in Kaniów in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.
