The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from inhabited properties in the Hrubieszów municipality (37 localities), as well as municipal waste and construction and demolition waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK), located on the premises of the Municipal Public Utilities Company with its registered office in Świerszczów, Świerszczów 108, 22-500 Hrubieszów. Selectively collected waste listed in items 2-14 in accordance with the list presented in the table below will be collected from the PSZOK. It does not constitute an obligation for the contracting authority to prepare a specified quantity of waste for collection. Settlements will be made on the basis of the actual quantity (in tonnes) of collected and managed municipal waste and construction and demolition waste originating from properties and the PSZOK. In single-family housing, the waste listed in items 1, 8-12, 14 of the list will be collected in bags intended for the individual types of waste, marked with different colours. Unsegregated (mixed) waste may also be placed in 120-litre containers owned by the property owners. The bags should be made of semi-transparent film, enabling their contents to be assessed quickly, with a capacity of 120 litres and a thickness ensuring adequate strength (minimum 60 microns). The bags must bear printing identifying the type of waste, using the following colours: - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – black bag or container marked with the inscription: “Mixed”; - biowaste – brown bag marked with the inscription: “Bio”; - paper – blue bag marked with the inscription: “Paper”; - glass – green bag marked with the inscription: “Glass”; - metal, plastic and multi-material packaging waste – yellow bag marked with the inscription: “Metals and plastics”; - ash – grey bag marked with the inscription: “Ash”; - textile and clothing waste - purple bag marked with the inscription: “Textiles and clothing”. Estimated number of bags that the Contractor will be required to provide to residents - 238,600 pcs., including: black bags – 39,100 pcs. yellow bags – 95,300 pcs. green bags – 34,700 pcs. blue bags – 32,000 pcs. brown bags – 9,100 pcs. grey bags – 18,000 pcs., purple bags - 9,700 pcs. Municipal waste collection will be carried out from January to December 2027, i.e. in the months: January, February, March, April, May, June, July August, September, October, November, December. In single-family housing, the waste listed in items 1 and 8-12 of the table will be collected once a month from January to December 2027. After each waste collection, the Contractor will provide property owners with bags for collecting municipal waste by leaving new empty bags at the entrance to the property on the day of municipal waste collection, in a quantity and colour corresponding to the collected bags of municipal waste.
