The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties within the City and Municipality of Sobków from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of the entire quantity of municipal waste: a) from owners of inhabited properties; b) from owners of uninhabited properties, including public utility areas, i.e. organizational units and facilities of the City and Municipality; c) from owners of properties on which summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located, d) from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Sobków; e) from stops where street waste bins are installed. The municipal waste collection system does not include waste generated as a result of business and agricultural activities or waste originating from cemeteries.
