Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of a service consisting of the successive collection, transport and further management of waste generated at the Waste Management Plant in Hajnówka: 19 05 03 – off-specification compost (unfit for use), in the basic quantity of 2.000 Mg and the quantity subject to the option right of 500 Mg. Total quantity of waste: 2.500 Mg. The waste covered by this contract must be managed in installations that have decisions authorizing the processing of this waste in a recovery process, in a manner compliant with the applicable legal provisions in this regard and using at least one recovery process specified in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587). A waste broker is obliged to arrange waste processing within the meaning of the Act of 17 December 2012 on waste, Article 3(1)(20). Waste with code 19 05 03 must be managed in recovery process R3.
