Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection (transport) service for items constituting waste and their management (disposal), in an amount of up to 164 151,05 kg, in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. The contract has been divided into tasks. Task No. 1 – Collection (transport) service for waste with code 15 02 03 and its management (disposal excluding landfilling), in an amount of up to 146 228,55 kg. Task No. 2 - Collection (transport) service for waste with code 16 09 03* and its management (disposal excluding landfilling), in an amount of up to 14 500,00 kg. Task No. 3 - Collection (transport) service for waste with codes 16 03 04 and 16 02 14 and its management (disposal excluding landfilling), in an amount of up to 2 725,00 kg. Task No. 4 - Collection (transport) service for waste with code 16 06 04 and its management (disposal excluding landfilling), in an amount of up to 97,00 kg. Task No. 5 - Collection (transport) service for medicinal products with codes 18 01 09 constituting waste and their management (disposal through thermal treatment), in an amount of up to 600,50 kg.
