The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting of the organization and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and a Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to respectively as: PSZOK and MPSZOK), arising from the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “ucpg”. 2.
