Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and final management of waste generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok (hereinafter: “ZUOK in Białystok” or “ZUOK”) for a period of 12 months. By “final management of waste,” the Contracting Authority means the final R2-R11 recovery process in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Lot 1 of the contract covers the provision of the service of successive collection, transport and final management of waste generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok (hereinafter: ZUOK), classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste code 19 01 07* – solid waste from flue-gas treatment, in an amount of 2 000 Mg under the basic contract, subject to final management in one of the R2–R11 recovery processes, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended, hereinafter: the “Waste Act”). By “final management of waste,” the Contracting Authority means the final R2–R11 recovery process, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Waste Act. Lot 2 of the contract covers the provision of the service of successive collection, transport and final management of waste generated in the process of thermal treatment of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok (hereinafter: ZUOK), classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste code 19 01 15* – boiler dust containing hazardous substances, in an amount of 600 Mg under the basic contract, subject to final management in one of the R2–R11 recovery processes, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended, hereinafter: the “Waste Act”).
