Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners located in the Municipality of Sadki during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the Municipality of Sadki during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 for the collection and management of municipal waste:  from owners of properties where residents reside;  from owners of specified properties where no residents reside but municipal waste is generated, i.e. from public administration buildings and facilities, organizational and auxiliary units of the public administration of the Municipality of Sadki, and educational institutions;  during an organized mobile waste collection;  from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK);  from pharmacy points (expired medicines); in a manner ensuring: achievement of the statutorily specified level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, non-exceedance of the statutorily specified level of municipal waste transferred for landfill, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for landfill in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and the applicable implementing acts to the above-mentioned Act. The Contractor is obliged to manage municipal waste collected from the Municipality of Sadki in installations compliant with the document entitled: “Waste Management Plan for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship” and in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). The Contractor will be obliged to manage municipal waste collected from owners of properties covered by the subject of the contract and located in the Municipality of Sadki in accordance with the provisions of the currently applicable Resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Assembly concerning the “Waste Management Plan for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship,” the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Waste Act, and the Environmental Protection Law Act. The subject of the contract also includes the collection and management of municipal waste originating from property owners in the Municipality of Sadki who are subject to special sanitary restrictions arising from specific regulations related to the epidemiological situation and health protection. The organization of waste collection will be agreed separately between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, taking into account the rules arising from specific regulations, if such a need exists. In performing this contract, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements arising from the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289, as amended), in particular Article 68a(1)(2) of the Act.
