Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management, through recovery or disposal, of municipal waste specified in the contract description, originating from properties inhabited by residents and located within the Brochów Municipality, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), in a manner: ensuring achievement of the required levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, levels of landfilling of municipal waste and waste resulting from the processing of municipal waste, and levels of reduction in the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), and the currently applicable implementing acts to this Act, including in particular: • Regulation of 3 August 2021 of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530, as amended), • Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412, as amended), compliant with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), compliant with the provisions of the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 9/25 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Assembly of 25 February 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2030, hereinafter referred to as the PGO, compliant with the provisions of local law applicable during the term of the contract.
