1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the management of municipal waste from the area of the Urban Municipality of Przemyśl, including: a) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected separately from owners of properties covered by the municipal waste management system (residential, mixed-use and non-residential properties) and collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) – from residents, b) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from municipal areas (municipal cemeteries, municipal marketplaces, public toilets, street bins, bus stop bins, recreational areas, illegal dumping sites, etc.). The total estimated mass of waste intended for management: 1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount of 12 750 Mg, 2) municipal waste collected separately in the amount of 5 399 Mg. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 12 parts (tasks). 1.1. Management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 11 900 Mg. 1.2. Management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, from municipal areas, in the amount of 850 Mg. Management of metal waste, plastic waste and multi-material packaging waste with codes 15 01 02, 15 01 04 and 15 01 06 or 20 01 99, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 1 250 Mg. Management of paper and cardboard waste with codes 20 01 01 or 15 01 01, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 720 Mg. Management of glass waste with codes 20 01 02 or 15 01 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 820 Mg. Management of waste in the form of used tyres with code 16 01 03, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 43 Mg. Management of bulky waste with code 20 03 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 700 Mg. Management of waste in the form of rubble and construction waste with codes 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 210 Mg. Management of biodegradable waste covered by the municipal waste management system: a) management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 consisting of plant parts originating from the maintenance of green areas and gardens (small branches, grass, leaves, wood chips) – loose, in the amount of 150 Mg, b) management of biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 referred to above – in bags, in the amount of 900 Mg. Management of biodegradable kitchen waste with code 20 01 08, consisting of waste of plant origin excluding waste of animal origin and fats, covered by the municipal waste management system – loose, in the amount of 550 Mg. Management (disposal), together with transport, of used and expired medicines with code 20 01 32, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 7 Mg. Management, together with transport, of hazardous and inert waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and from the municipal waste stream, with codes: 15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, covered by the municipal waste management system, in the amount of 19 Mg.
