Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of services covered by the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT in the period from 01-01-2027 to 31-12-2027 OF SELECTIVELY COLLECTED BIODEGRADABLE KITCHEN WASTE AND BIODEGRADABLE WASTE WITH CODES 20 01 08 and 20 02 01<<, consisting in the management of municipal biodegradable kitchen waste and biodegradable waste with codes 20 01 08 and 20 02 01, originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties within the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, carried out as appropriate to the location of the Contractor's municipal installation through: a) acceptance of waste delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor's municipal installation and its management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, in a total estimated quantity of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation located at a distance of up to 45 km from the Contracting Authority's registered office); OR b) collection by the Contractor and transportation of waste from the transfer station located in the town of Luboń to the place of management and its management by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable Waste Act, in a total estimated quantity of up to 2200 Mg, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (installation located at a distance greater than 45 km from the Contracting Authority's registered office). 2. The detailed description, scope, conditions and method of performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft public procurement contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3.
