Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive waste management service for waste from the territory of the Town and Municipality of Kórnik, the types and estimated quantities of which are specified in Chapter III section 3 of the Description of the subject matter of the contract ("OPZ"), and the contract performance period is specified in Chapter III section 2 of the OPZ. The comprehensive waste management service will consist of: 1) accepting waste collected “at source”, the types of which are specified in Chapter III section 3 point 1) of the OPZ, at a waste acceptance location indicated and provided by the Contractor k from the waste collection operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents; 2) accepting waste, the types of which are specified in Chapter III section 3 point 2) of the OPZ, collected at the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point located within the municipality of Kórnik in Czołowo ("PSZOK"), at a waste acceptance location indicated and provided by the Contractor, from the operator providing waste transport services from the PSZOK, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents; 3) accepting waste, the types of which are specified in Chapter III section 3 point 3) of the OPZ, collected as part of occasional collections, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents; 4) processing the accepted waste through recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes at a waste management location indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents. The Contracting Authority requires all waste fractions to be processed in installations indicated and provided by the Contractor, although these do not have to be the installations at which the waste from the Contracting Authority was accepted – therefore, all waste fractions should be processed in the installations indicated in § 1 section 3 of the Contract and in points 7 and 8 of the tender form. The Contractor is entitled to manage waste in third-party installations and to collect and store waste in a manner compliant with the terms of the contract, including during the contract performance period; 5) fulfilling reporting and information obligations; 6) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the ability to exercise its inspection and verification rights; 7) performing services and obligations related to the services specified above in points 1)–5).
