1. The subject matter of the contract is: a) management of selectively collected waste from properties in the territory of the Municipality and Town of Witkowo which: - are inhabited by residents, - contain summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes (summer plots in the localities of Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin and Wiekowo), b) management of selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Małachowo-Wierzbiczany, c) management of selectively collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use, d) management of bulky waste, tyres and rubble from the territory of the Municipality and Town of Witkowo, e) management of waste from the Holiday Centre in Skorzęcin. 1) The estimated quantity of municipal waste intended for management from the territory of the Municipality and Town of Witkowo from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2026: a) bulky waste with code 20 03 07 in the quantity of 95 Mg, b) used tyres with code 16 01 03 in the quantity of 12 Mg, c) concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolition and renovation with code 17 01 01 in the quantity of 5 Mg, d) brick rubble with code 17 01 02 in the quantity of 5 Mg, e) clothing with code 20 01 10 in the quantity of 3 Mg, f) textiles with code 20 01 11 in the quantity of 3 Mg, g) paper and cardboard packaging with code 15 01 01 in the quantity of 30 Mg, h) plastic packaging with code 15 01 02 in the quantity of 70 Mg, i) mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06 in the quantity of 5 Mg, j) plastics with code 20 01 39 in the quantity of 5 Mg, k) glass packaging with code 15 01 07 in the quantity of 90 Mg. 2) The quantities of municipal waste indicated in point 1 are estimates and should be treated as indicative, as they may change according to the actual needs of the waste Transferor. 2. Conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract: 1) The Contractor is obliged to manage waste through recovery or disposal in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including, in particular, Article 9e of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and Articles 17, 23 and 29a of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). The Contractor shall exercise particular diligence in seeking to achieve an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and to avoid exceeding the statutory landfill level, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733). 2) The Contractor undertakes to manage the entire mass of collected municipal waste in accordance with applicable laws and to keep waste records. 3) Selectively collected waste will be delivered in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions: a) yellow bags marked “Metals and plastics” – intended for metal waste, metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, b) blue bags marked “Paper” – intended for paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste. The above-mentioned selectively collected waste will be delivered in bags or in bulk using vehicles adapted for transporting waste. 4) Glass packaging, used tyres, bulky waste, and construction and demolition waste will be delivered in bulk using vehicles adapted for transporting waste. 5) The installation operator undertakes to provide appropriate infrastructure (internal roads, equipment).
