Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste from property owners in the Łodygowice Municipality through sorting, recovery, composting and landfilling of municipal waste, disposal, and other legally compliant waste management methods. As part of the subject matter of the contract, it will also be required to operate, collect and manage waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, supply waste bags, and maintain documentation related to waste management. The maximum distance from the Contracting Authority's registered office to the collection point for any waste is 60 km. Details of the performance of the contract are provided in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
