Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste generated within the local waste management system organized by the Żnin Municipality, to the extent that the Żnin Municipality has authority over the specified category of waste, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Chapter III of the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to these SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: “OPZ”. The comprehensive municipal waste management service will consist of the successive: 1) acceptance of municipal waste collected directly from property owners (in the “at source” system), the types of which are indicated in Chapter III section 3 of the OPZ, at the place / places designated and provided by the Contractor for accepting municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, 2) processing of the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the municipal waste processing site designated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, 3) performance of reporting and information obligations, 4) performance of obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the ability to exercise its inspection and verification rights, 5) performance of services and obligations related to the services specified above in points 1)–4) — hereinafter referred to as the “municipal waste management service”. 2. The subject matter of the contract is described in: 1) the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter: “OPZ”, 2) the Draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter: “PPU”, 3) the Tender form constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, hereinafter: “tender form”.
