Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract in the public procurement procedure entitled “Management, collection and transport of municipal waste from the Municipality of Nowy Targ from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027” is: − collection of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties located within the Municipality of Nowy Targ; − collection of municipal waste gathered at Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) in the localities of Łopuszna, Trute and, from 01.01.2027, Krempachy; − collection of expired medicines and used batteries accumulated in containers placed at locations designated by the Contracting Authority; − collection of municipal waste from containers (street bins) located in public places designated by the Contracting Authority; − transport of the collected municipal waste referred to in points 1-4 above and its transfer to the waste management location(s), including indirectly; − management of municipal waste at the waste management location (municipal installation) indicated by the Contractor in the tender—in the case of all municipal waste fractions; − provision of properties with bags in the quantity required for waste collection; − provision of residential properties with barcodes enabling identification of the type of waste and its source of origin; − ensuring the operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points managed by the Municipality of Nowy Targ in the localities of Łopuszna, Trute and, from 01.01.2027, Krempachy. Payment for the service performed shall be the product of the municipal waste actually collected and managed in [Mg] and the unit prices specified in the tender. 2.
