Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the facilities of the Regional Court in Łódź at palcu Dąbrowskiego 5 in Łódź and at ul. Wydawnicza 10 in Łódź (Institutional Archive), as well as from the District Courts in Łęczyca and Łowicz. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for lots within a single public procurement procedure and does not limit the number of lots that may be awarded to one Contractor. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 4 Lots: • Lot 1 – Regional Court in Łódź, according to the OPZ; • Lot 2 – District Court in Łowicz, according to the OPZ; • Lot 3 – District Court in Łęczyca, according to the OPZ; • Lot 4 – District Court in Rawa Mazowiecka, according to the OPZ; NOTE: The Contracting Authority is exercising its right and, pursuant to the provision of Article 30(4) of the Pzp Act, applies the provisions applicable to the value of Lot 4 of the contract, awarding it in the form of a REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, thereby excluding Lot 4 from this procedure. 1) Collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste from the non-residential property at Plac Dąbrowskiego 5 in Łódź (Regional Court in Łódź – entrance from ul. Narutowicza 64 or ul. Jaracza 55a) and at ul. Wydawnicza 10 in Łódź (Institutional Archive of the Regional Court in Łódź), used by the Regional Court in Łódź. 2) Municipal waste will be collected from containers intended exclusively for this purpose, marked in a manner visible from a distance, legible and standardised in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions, whereby the following container marking colours are adopted for the individual waste fractions: a. mixed municipal waste – black or at least a black container lid, marked “Mixed”; b. glass – green, marked “Glass”; c. paper, cardboard – blue, marked “Paper”; d. plastic, metal – yellow, marked “Metals and plastics”; e. biodegradable – brown, marked “BIO”. 3) Contract performance period: 24 months, i.e.: – from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified, depending on the Lot, in Appendix 1.0. to the SWZ. 1) The Contractor is required to equip the indicated property with functional, leak-proof, aesthetically pleasing and clean municipal waste containers (marked with the appropriate colours: black or grey and yellow, in the quantity and capacity consistent with the data provided by the Contracting Authority), as well as to provide the service of collecting, transporting and managing municipal waste from the Contracting Authority’s property, including: a. mixed municipal waste (waste code 20 03 01), b. mixed packaging waste (waste code 15 01 06). 2) Precipitation will be collected from the property located in Łowicz at ul. Kaliska 1/3; 3) The Contractor will perform the work covered by the subject matter of the contract using its own tools, equipment, materials and means of transport. The work will be carried out on weekdays in such a way as not to cause disruptions to the Contracting Authority’s operations or disruptions to traffic. 4) Contract performance period: 12 months, i.e.: – from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028.
