Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of: 1) the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Głuchołazy Municipality originating from inhabited properties and from properties where residents do not reside but municipal waste is generated, 2) equipping the above-mentioned properties with bins/containers and/or bags for collecting municipal waste, 3) establishing, organizing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (referred to as PSZOK) and managing municipal waste collected from residents of the Głuchołazy Municipality through PSZOK, 4) equipping the Customer Service Point (POK), located in the Municipal Office in Głuchołazy, with the necessary waste collection bags and color leaflets containing the municipal waste collection schedule. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). In the OPZ, the Contracting Authority indicated the estimated quantity of municipal waste that may be generated during one year of the contract. The estimated quantity of municipal waste that may be generated and collected from the territory of the Głuchołazy Municipality was calculated on the basis of the quantity of municipal waste collected in the period from 01.01.2025r. to 31.12.2025r., taking into account the projected increase. This estimate is for guidance only. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim if the quantity of municipal waste collected is lower than assumed in the estimate. The final quantity of waste does not depend on the Contracting Authority's forecasts. The Contracting Authority expects the service to be performed at a minimum level of at least 70% of the estimated quantity of municipal waste. Procedure: open.
