Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the area of the City of Sulejówek. The performance of the service includes: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sulejówek, 2) organization and operation of a stationary Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, including the acceptance of selectively collected waste delivered by residents of inhabited properties, together with its subsequent transport and management, 3) collection, transport and disposal of waste with code 20 01 32 from pharmacies in the area of the City of Sulejówek. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act. The award of contracts referred to in Art. 214(1)(7) will consist in the repetition of services that are the subject of the original contract, i.e.: collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the area of the City of Sulejówek. Estimated contract volume up to 16 897 Mg. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract up to the amount of PLN 20.353.625,92 net.
