Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the Contractor’s operation of the sorting line with regard to maintaining cleanliness and separating recyclable fractions from waste and post-sorting residue at the Plant/Installation of "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Julków, Skierniewice municipality. 2. The scope of work must be performed on the basis of the contract and its appendices, i.e.: 1) Information required pursuant to Article 2071 of the Labour Code – Appendix No. 1 to the contract. 2) Settlement template – Appendix No. 2 to the contract. 3) Contractor’s declaration – Appendix No. 3 to the contract. 4) Agreement on cooperation between employers (Article 208 of the Labour Code) – Appendix No. 4 to the contract. 3. The service referred to in point 1 shall be performed independently by the Contractor, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors in the key part of the contract, namely with regard to separating recyclable fractions from waste and post-sorting residue. 4. The estimated number of working hours for the entire term of the contract, i.e. 18 months, is 160 864 working hours. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the subject matter of the contract will be provided in two shifts on working days from Monday to Saturday. The daily working time will be 16 hours. The subject matter of the contract will be performed between 600–2200, including: 1) From Monday to Friday, performance of the service of separating recyclable fractions from waste and post-sorting residue between 600–2000 (14 hours in total), 2) From Monday to Friday, performance of cleaning work between 2000–2200 (2 hours in total). 3) On Saturdays, performance of the service of separating recyclable fractions from waste and post-sorting residue between 600–2000 (14 hours in total), 4) On Saturdays, performance of cleaning work between 2000–2200 (2 hours in total). 5. The number of hours specified in point 4 for each listed activity may change. The Contracting Authority has the right to determine the daily number of hours for each of the activities listed in point 4 on each shift, taking into account the possibility of reducing the number of working hours on a given shift. Accordingly, during the performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the total number of hours by a maximum of 50%. A reduction in the number of hours within this scope shall not give rise to any claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unperformed part of the contract or for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction in the number of hours specified in point 4. In this situation, no annex is required. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 50% of the number of hours to be worked during the term of the contract.
