1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management, through recovery or disposal, of municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties located within the City and Municipality of Bodzanów, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) located in Chodkowo, ul. Górna 3, in a manner enabling the Contracting Authority to fulfil its obligations concerning preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, and the landfill level, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities. The Contractor’s detailed obligations, including obligations concerning the proper collection, transport and management of waste and the provision of data and documents, are specified in the OPZ and the draft contract. 2.
