Opportunity description

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of emptying street bins located on municipal streets and internal roads within the capital city of Warsaw that are managed by the Wola District, as well as the supply of street bins. 2) Under the contract, the Contractor is required to empty bins for non-segregated waste located on municipal streets and internal roads within the capital city of Warsaw that are managed by the Wola District, at least 5 times a week, in accordance with a schedule that will constitute Appendix No. 1 to the draft contractual provisions, hereinafter also referred to as the model contract. In accordance with § 5(1) of the model contract, the schedule will be provided to the Contractor within three working days before the date on which performance of the service is to commence. 3) The Contracting Authority requires each emptying of street bins to be completed by 9:00 a.m. 4) As part of performing the bin-emptying service, the Contractor is required to clear away waste located within 3 metres of the bin. 5) The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope of work, and the method and requirements concerning performance of the subject of the contract are specified in: a) the model pricing form, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ, b) the model contract, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with the following appendices: - Appendix No. 3 – technical parameters of the bins, - Appendix No. 4 – list of bin locations. 6) The contract will be performed for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than 01.10.2026 and no longer than until the amount referred to in § 3(2) of the model contract has been exhausted.
