Opportunity description

1. The subject of this contract is the management of waste from the Pomorzany and Zdroje wastewater treatment plants, from wastewater pumping stations and from road demolitions related to the repair of water supply and sewerage failures in Szczecin for the years 2027÷2028, divided into the following packages: a) Package No. 1: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 01 (Screenings) from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant. b) Package No. 2: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 02 (Waste from desanding) from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant. c) Package No. 3: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 05 (Stabilised municipal sewage sludge) from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant. d) Package No. 4: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 01 12 (Bottom ash and slag other than those mentioned in 19 01 11) from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant. e) Package No. 5: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 01 05* (Filter cake from gas treatment) from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant. f) Package No. 6: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 06 06 99 (Wastes not otherwise specified) - sulphur, from the Pomorzany wastewater treatment plant and the Zdroje wastewater treatment plant. g) Package No. 7: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 01 (Screenings) from the Zdroje wastewater treatment plant. h) Package No. 8: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 02 (Waste from desanding) from the Zdroje wastewater treatment plant. i) Package No. 9: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 05 (Stabilised municipal sewage sludge) from the Zdroje wastewater treatment plant. j) Package No. 10: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 19 08 99 (Wastes not otherwise specified) from the Zdroje wastewater treatment plant. k) Package No. 11: Service consisting of the management of waste code 19 08 01 (Screenings) from wastewater pumping stations. l) Package No. 12: Service consisting of the management of waste code 19 08 02 (Waste from desanding) from wastewater pumping stations. m) Package No. 13: Service consisting of the management of waste code 17 01 01 (Concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolition and renovation) from road demolitions carried out in connection with the repair of failures of water supply and sewerage networks and connections within the city of Szczecin. n) Package No. 14: Service consisting of the management of waste code 17 01 81 (Waste from road repairs and reconstruction) from road demolitions carried out in connection with the repair of failures of water supply and sewerage networks and connections within the city of Szczecin. o) Package No. 15: Service consisting of the loading, transport and management of waste code 17 05 04 (Soil and stones other than those mentioned in 17 05 03) from road demolitions carried out in connection with the repair of failures of water supply and sewerage networks and connections within the city of Szczecin. 2. CPV code: 90512000 – Refuse transport services 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of exercising the option referred to in Art. 441(1) of the Act with respect to quantity. The maximum scope covered by the option under Package 9 is 2800 Mg. The conditions under which the Contracting Authority may exercise the option have been specified in the contractual provisions. The unit price quoted by the contractor for the basic scope in the part for which the Contractor submits its tender will also apply if the contracting authority exercises the option. The Contracting Authority makes the possibility of exercising the option conditional upon exhaustion of the basic quantity of the subject matter of the contract. The option is an entitlement of the contracting authority that it may, but is not required to, exercise during performance of the contract. If the contracting authority does not exercise the option, the contractor shall have no claims against the contracting authority. The condition for activating the option is a declaration of intent by the contracting authority to perform the contract under the option, specifying the scope. The rules for performing the subject matter of the contract covered by the option concerning: the method of its performance, its acceptance, and the method of payment, have been specified in the model contracts. Reservation of key tasks for personal performance by the contractor: a) For packages: 1,2,4,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,14,15 Waste management, i.e. collection and/or treatment. The Contractor must hold a permit for the collection and/or treatment of the waste constituting the subject matter of the contract in the given package. b) For packages: 5,3,9: Waste management, i.e. treatment. The Contractor must hold a permit for the treatment of the waste constituting the subject matter of the contract. 6. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for parts; the contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all parts of the subject matter of the contract. A partial tender must cover all items of the part for which the contractor submits its tender. 7. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding similar contracts referred to in Art. 388 point 2 letter c) of the Act for each of Packages 1 - 15: - up to 30% of the value of the basic contract. The basis for determining the conditions for performing a similar contract shall be the basic contract and negotiations conducted with the contractor.
