Opportunity description

4.1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties within the area of the Związek Komunalny Gmin Ziemi Lubartowskiej from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028. 4.2. Pursuant to Art. 91(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for lots, divided into 7 lots, 1) lot 1 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector I – Ostrówek municipality, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 1122 Mg– under the basic scope and 112 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 2) lot 2 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector II – Serniki municipality, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 1967 Mg– under the basic scope and 197 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 3) lot 3 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector III – Ostrów Lubelski municipality, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 1990 Mg– under the basic scope and 199 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 4) lot 4 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector IV - Lubartów municipality, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 6456 Mg– under the basic scope and 646 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 5) lot 5 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector VI – City of Lubartów, multi-unit buildings, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 5751 Mg– under the basic scope and 575 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 6) lot 6 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from sector V – City of Lubartów, single-family buildings, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited properties. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 6802 Mg – under the basic scope and 680 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg. 7) lot 7 of the contract – Collection and transport of municipal waste from uninhabited properties, in accordance with the following rules: a) The subject matter of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from uninhabited properties located within the member municipalities of the Związek Komunalny Gmin Ziemi Lubartowskiej. b) The municipal waste collected by the Contractor will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's own facility: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. In the case of municipal waste that will be managed through landfilling, the Contracting Authority will indicate the appropriate facility. c) Required mass of waste for collection and transport: 4710 Mg– under the basic scope and 471 Mg under the scope covered by the option right. d) Pursuant to Art. 433 point 4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority indicates that the minimum volume of the service is 500 Mg.
