Poland – Refuse transport services – Collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Istebna Municipality

Opportunity description

A procedure for the award of a classic contract with a value exceeding the EU thresholds under an open procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law, conducted using electronic means of communication. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then carry out the qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services during the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 in the following scope: a. Collection and management of municipal waste generated on inhabited properties and properties containing summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the Istebna municipality. b.
