Opportunity description

1. The subject of the Contract is the repair of passenger lifts, vertical platforms, moving walkways and escalators, and the maintenance of escalators at the facilities of Metro Warszawskie Sp. z o.o., divided into 5 Tasks. 2. The subject of the Contract shall be performed in accordance with the procurement documentation, i.e.: this SWZ and its appendices, in particular within the scope and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Technical Specification (constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – hereinafter “ST”), together with Appendices 1 to 37, and in the Model Contract (constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 3. The scope of the Subject of the Contract has been divided into the following 5 parts (Tasks) and is specified in point 4.3 of the SWZ and in the aforementioned ST together with its appendices. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for one or more Tasks, provided that a tender must cover the entirety of each Task offered. 5. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), all persons performing activities related to the maintenance and repair of passenger lifts, platforms and escalators under the Subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority advises that the maximum amounts allocated for repairs, including the settlement of spare parts to be used to perform repairs during the period of performance of the Subject of the Contract, are specified in point 4.6 of the SWZ. 7. Repairs covered by the Subject of the Contract shall be performed and settled according to actual demand, up to the maximum amounts specified for the respective Tasks in point 4.6 of the SWZ, under the conditions set out in the ST, taking into account the hourly labour rate specified in the Tender Form and the prices of spare parts specified in the Price Form attached to the tender – the spare-parts price list for the relevant Task (according to Appendix 2b to the SWZ). Repairs using spare parts not included in the Price Form for the relevant Task shall be settled on the basis of a repair estimate prepared by the Contractor. The estimate shall be prepared on the basis of the hourly labour rate stated in the Tender Form, multiplied by the number of labour hours and increased by the value of the materials and parts used for the repair. 1.
