1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical servicing and routine repair services for vehicles of the Warsaw Metropolitan Police Headquarters, with a permissible gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes, hereinafter referred to as the “service” or “services”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter XIX of the SWZ and Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of subject-matter evidence with the tender. 4. The Contracting Authority permits the performance of part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract whose performance it will entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if already known. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities in connection with the performance of the contract: a) vehicle diagnostics, b) performance of activities aimed at restoring the vehicle to full working order, c) replacement of worn or damaged parts/assemblies with technically serviceable ones, d) inspection and repair of electrical systems, e) towing of vehicles. 7. The Contracting Authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. 9.
