Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract implemented under individual contracts will be the performance of services involving repairs, inspections of chassis and bodies, and remanufacturing of parts in vehicles used by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Oczyszczania w m. st. Warszawie sp. z o.o., divided into the following tasks: Task 1: Repair of chassis of vehicles used by MPO. Task 2: Repair of bodies in vehicles used by MPO. Task 3: Remanufacturing of parts in vehicles used by MPO. The subject matter of the contract under Task 1 is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of services involving repairs and inspections of chassis in vehicles used by MPO. Due to the specific nature of the contract associated with its unpredictable character, at the stage of the procedure aimed at concluding framework agreements, the Contracting Authority is unable to precisely determine the quantity and type of services to be commissioned. The type of individual contracts commissioned under the framework agreements will depend on the Contracting Authority’s needs and will be specified in greater detail at the stage of performance of the framework agreements as part of the individual contracts awarded, with the proviso that, under Task 1, the commissioned services will concern vehicle chassis. Due to the specific nature of the contract, at the stage of the procedure aimed at concluding framework agreements, the Contracting Authority is also unable to determine which vehicles the individual contracts will concern. Individual contracts may concern vehicles indicated in the List of types of vehicles with municipal bodies used by MPO (hereinafter referred to as “fleet units”), which respectively constitutes Appendix No. 1 (List of vehicles whose chassis or parts will be subject to repair and inspection services) to the OPZ. In view of the possibility that, during the performance of the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority may dispose of and acquire new vehicles other than those specified in Appendices No. 1 to No. 3 to the OPZ, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity and type of vehicles concerned by individual contracts awarded during the performance of the framework agreement, i.e. awarded on the basis of call-off contracts. The Contracting Authority states that the information contained in Appendix No. 1 to Part II of the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. the List of vehicles whose chassis or parts will be subject to repair and inspection services – concerns Task 1, is confidential and may not be disclosed to persons other than the Contractors referred to in point 4.16 of Part I of the SWZ. In order to maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ, pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority does not make it available on the website/Platform. The requirements relating to obtaining access to it are described in point 4.16 of Part I of the SWZ. Framework agreements for a given task will be performed for a period of 12 months from the date of their conclusion, or until the amount allocated for performance of the contract has been exhausted, whichever occurs first. In the procedure aimed at awarding an individual contract, which is initiated by sending an invitation to submit a tender to contractors with whom a framework agreement has been concluded, the Contracting Authority will define its subject matter by indicating the scope of the repair or inspection, including the parts or assemblies requiring the service. Detailed information concerning the subject matter of the contract is contained in Part II of the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract.
