Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving post-warranty technical inspections, diagnostics and repairs of separators/presses for blood processing at the Field Stations and Medical Team of the Military Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure is contained in the “Description of the subject of the contract,” constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ. This description must be read together with amendments to the content of the SWZ resulting, for example, from responses provided to contractors’ inquiries. 3. The procedure is conducted using the procedure referred to in Article 139 of the Act. The Contracting Authority will apply the so-called reversed order of evaluation, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then carry out the entity-related qualification of the contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation, with respect to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of the Contractor conducting a site visit and inspecting the documents necessary for performance of the contract that are available at the Contracting Authority’s premises, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act. The site visit is optional and takes place at the Contractor’s request, at the places where the agreement will be performed, during the Contracting Authority’s working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., excluding statutory public holidays, after prior agreement of the date with the designated employee of the Contracting Authority via electronic mail. 5.The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure pursuant to Article 256 of the Act before the deadline for submission of tenders if circumstances arise that render further conduct of the procedure unjustified.
