Opportunity description

The subject of this contract is periodic servicing inspections and repairs of medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms. Servicing inspections will be carried out at the frequency recommended by the equipment manufacturer. The Contractor is required to make the appropriate entry in the Technical Passport for the given device and to confirm the performance of the work in the work card and/or issue a service report specifying the defects detected. The Contractor shall provide original spare parts. With the Contracting Authority’s consent, the use of so-called substitutes is permitted. Spare parts used for repairs shall be new and fully serviceable and shall have technical parameters no worse than those of the original parts. Detailed information concerning, among other things, the serial numbers of the devices covered by the procedure will be provided to the Contractors with whom the individual Contracts will be concluded. The obligation to service medical equipment in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the Contracting Authority’s requirements indicated in the SWZ. The Contractor is required to submit a tender for the entirety of the lot/lots selected by it, taking into account all items in the given lot. Where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. A Contractor relying on equivalent solutions is required to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with their description or standards. Settlements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will take place after each correctly completed order, according to the unit prices presented in the Contractor’s tender, on the basis of the services actually performed.
