The subject of the contract is the post-warranty servicing of the Aria radiotherapy management equipment, Eclipse planning system workstations, FAS computing servers, and the remote access environment of Varian Medical Systems. It includes in particular: repairs, service labor costs, and inspection materials for the Aria/Eclipse HIT 5232 System. A detailed description of the contract, i.e.: the scope of services and the manner of their performance, is contained in Appendix No. 8 – “Draft contract” to these Terms of Reference, together with its appendices (Appendix 8A – to the Draft Contract).
