Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the reconditioning of pneumatic springs for 45WE series vehicles, in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation, Technical and Operating Documentation, as well as the relevant Polish Standards and provisions of national law and European Union law applicable during the term of the contract. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the Contracting Authority's requirements and expectations are provided in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ – Part III of the SWZ) and in the Model Contract (WU – Part II of the SWZ), which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. 3. Acting pursuant to Article 139(1) of the Pzp, the Contracting Authority informs that it will apply the so-called “reverse procedure”, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the qualification of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4. The procedure is conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication, i.e. via the Procurement Platform (hereinafter the Platform) available at https://kd.eb2b.com.pl.
