1. The subject of the contract is a service involving conservation and restoration work on rolling stock from the collection of the Railway Museum in Warsaw: Item No. 1 - passenger carriage type Cy No. 13001, inventory No. MUZ I 40, Item No. 2 - passenger carriage type BCi, inventory No. MUZ I 28. 2. The detailed scope of the services covered by this contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: STACJA MUZEUM ul. Towarowa 3 00-811 Warsaw 4. Bearing in mind that, pursuant to § 6 sec. 1 of the Model contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority has provided for lump-sum remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract, it is recommended that the Contractor conduct a site visit, familiarize itself with the contents of this chapter, in particular Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and also obtain, at its own responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary to prepare the tender and to conclude the contract and perform the contract. 5. In accordance with the provision of § 2 sec. 8 of the model contract, the Contractor is obliged to conclude, at its own expense, an insurance contract or successive insurance contracts establishing insurance coverage from the date of signing the contract until the date of completion of the work, covering the civil liability (in tort and in contract) of the Contractor and all subcontractors and further subcontractors in the scope of the activities conducted in connection with the subject of the Contract, for damage that they may cause to the Contracting Authority and third parties in connection with the performance of this Contract. 6. Required contract performance period: a maximum of 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, under the conditions specified in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
