Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of service, technical and facility services at the "AFRYKARIUM - OCEANARIUM" at ul. Wróblewskiego 1 - 5 in Wrocław, together with the areas adjacent to the building, i.e. the building with an area of 17.431,06 m2, together with the pool located along the building with an area of 2.000,00 m2, the entrance zone with an area of 817,76 m2, and underground external tanks together with installations, situated on the property constituting part of the plot designated with registration number 2/2, located in Wrocław at ul. Wróblewskiego 1 - 5, entered in the land and mortgage register under number KW WR1K/00076199/4 maintained by the District Court in Wrocław, 4th Land and Mortgage Register Division, hereinafter referred to as the Facility. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract specifying the scope of services, the Contractor's obligations, and the conditions for their performance (including: a description of the equipment located in the building) is set out in the annexes to the SWZ: - Annex No. 1 entitled "Table of service, technical and facility activities at the "AFRYKARIUM-OCEANARIUM" facility", - Annex No. 2 entitled "Statement of AFRYKARlUM – OCEANARIUM areas" by function, - Annex No. 3: Draft contract. Before submitting a tender in this procedure, the Contracting Authority will enable interested parties to familiarize themselves with the facility and the site on which it is situated.
