1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for dormitory buildings and dormitory accommodation located within the area of operation of the Masovian Regional Branch. 2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts under the single-source procurement procedure, in accordance with the rules laid down in Art. 214(1)(7) of the Act.
