Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is expert services concerning tasks carried out by the Ministry of Health under the National Plan for Counteracting Crimes Against Sexual Freedom and Morality to the Detriment of Minors for 2023-2026. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ or SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements for the relevant part, constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contract must be performed in its entirety in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft contractual provisions (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is the provision of expert services concerning tasks carried out by the Ministry of Health under the National Plan for Counteracting Crimes Against Sexual Freedom and Morality to the Detriment of Minors for 2023–2026. The contract includes: - Preparation of informational materials on sexual preference disorders - Development of a concept for the operation of a dedicated telephone information and assistance line concerning the area of counteracting crimes against sexual freedom and morality to the detriment of minors - Legal and expert analyses.
