Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service involving the performance of an evaluation study entitled: “Evaluation of the implementation of FE SL 2021-2027 in terms of compliance with equality principles”. The purpose of the study is; - to assess the management and implementation of FE SL 2021-2027 in terms of compliance with equality principles, i.e. the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, as well as the principle of equality between women and men and the provisions of the KPP and KPON; - to adapt or possibly change the activities carried out under FE SL 2021-2027 in terms of compliance with equality principles and the provisions of the KPP and KPON, and to better tailor support for groups exposed to discrimination. The evaluation will result in a set of conclusions and recommendations. 2. The Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (abbreviated as: OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions. 3. The draft contractual provisions concerning the above public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract (abbreviated as: PPU), are provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.
