Opportunity description
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery, including installation and commissioning, of marine engine room simulators, as part of the expansion of the marine engine room simulator owned and being expanded by the Maritime University of Szczecin. The subject of the contract must ensure interoperability with the Kongsberg K-Sim Engine simulator owned by PM, which is being expanded. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the description of the contracting authority’s requirements regarding performance and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, - draft contractual provisions specified in the model contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and compliance with them is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the tender as non-compliant with the procurement conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. 3) CPV nomenclature: 38970000-5 Research, testing and scientific technical simulator 4) Any names (trademarks) provided by the Contracting Authority are examples, and their indication is intended to define the expected standard, while the Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders with respect to the prepared description of the subject of the contract. 5) The subject of the contract has been defined by indicating objective technical and quality characteristics and standards, for the specification of which the indication of example trademarks is permitted. 6) Where the Contracting Authority refers in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3), solutions equivalent to those described are permitted. 7) The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to be brand new, free from technical and legal defects, of good quality, approved for trading, packed in the original packaging for the given product, and provided with labels identifying the given product and specifying its technical, quality, functional and operational parameters. The subject of the contract, as well as the packaging, must bear the company logo and an indication of origin (manufacturer). 8) The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of tenders for parts.
