Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the organization and servicing of 2 training sessions entitled Development of women's entrepreneurship in rural areas. The training sessions will take place: in Jelenia Góra – on 24 October 2026 and in Wrocław – on 21 November 2026. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its performance were specified by the Contracting Authority in the Draft contract, in particular in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Draft contract, which together constitute Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires the name and address of the facilities in Jelenia Góra and Wrocław, compliant with the SOPU, in which the training sessions will be organized, to be provided in the Tender Form. In this procedure, the Contracting Authority specifies requirements regarding employment on the basis of an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Pzp Act, but does not specify requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act.
