Opportunity description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the contract entitled “Elimination of environmental hazards and improvement of the image of the Radomka River – stage I”. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) restoration (regulation) of the Radomka riverbed to the designed parameters along a section with a length of L=1.808 km, i.e. from km 7+238 (inlet of the road bridge on Reymonta Street) to km 9+046 (inlet of the culvert on Kraszewskiego Street), together with the removal of excavated soil to the waste landfill in Jadwinówka near Radomsko, 2) local reconstruction of the riverbed to the parameters of a two-stage channel in order to enable temporary retention of rainwater – the river section between Zgoda and Kraszewskiego Streets in Radomsko, 3) construction of riverbed reinforcements (fascine sausages, stone reinforcements, steel or PVC sheet piles) along the entire section of the river covered by the project, 4) construction of riverbed reinforcements under the road bridge at km 7+565 – Kościuszki Street (Structure No. 31), 5) construction of a regulation structure (cascade weir) at km 7+580 ÷ 7+590 (Structure No. 33) 6) construction of a new overflow–outlet structure for the existing “Metalurgia” reservoir (Structure No. 35), together with reinforcement of the reservoir slopes and removal of silt from the basin, 7) construction of riverbed reinforcements under and in the vicinity of the small bridge at km 8+024 (Structure No. 36) 8) reconstruction of the road bridge at km 8+562 along Zgoda Street (Structure No. 39), consisting of demolition of the existing bridge due to its poor technical condition and construction in its place of a new culvert with better hydraulic and technical parameters, 9) construction of an overflow–outlet structure at km 8+593 of the Radomka River (Structure No. 40), 10) demolition of the existing damming–outlet structure of the “Metalurgia” reservoir at km 7+775 (Structure No. 34) and demolition of the damming sluice at km 8+340 (Structure No. 37), 11) construction in the riverbed of “eco-engineering” features (stone riffles, gravel beds, individual stones, etc.) diversifying the morphology of the riverbed and the dynamics of water flow in the watercourse in order to create habitats and breeding sites for rheophilic aquatic organisms and other hydrobionts, 12) reconstruction of the outlet of the ditch discharging stormwater and rainwater from Dolna Street in Radomsko, 13) demolition (removal) of inactive sewer outlets at km 7+752 (Ф 1000 mm) and at km 7+818 (Ф 800 mm) of the Radomka River, 14) reinforcement of the riverbed at the sewer outlet at km 8+768 of the Radomka River, 15) demolition (removal) of the wooden platform at km 8+352 (Structure No. 38), 16) removal of trees and shrubs together with compensatory planting of black alder (circumference 14-16 cm at a height of 1.0 m) in a quantity of 35 pcs. and silver birch (circumference 14-16 cm at a height of 1.0 m) in a quantity of 35 pcs. Compensatory planting shall be carried out on cadastral plots Nos. 182/5 and 182/8, precinct 0010, City of Radomsko) 17) mowing vegetation in the riverbed (including common reed, reed canary grass, and reed sweet-grass) and within the strip of planned works along the river, 18) pruning the lower branches of selected trees, 19) planting vegetation – common periwinkle vinca minor (P9) in a quantity of 2464 pcs., 20) clearing the riverbed of waste (glass and PET-type bottles, tires, rubble, etc.) 21) construction of a new section of stormwater collector together with an outlet to the Radomka River on plots Nos. 241/1, 241/2 and 182 (precinct 10), associated with a change to the existing route and outlet of the sewer, which currently runs through the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant in Radomsko, owned by A.S.A. Radomsko – Eko – Radomsko sp. z o.o. 22) reconstruction of the gas connection beneath the Radomka riverbed at km 7+981. 23) removal and capping of the gas network at km 8+640.5, 24) full and comprehensive surveying services. Note! The following are outside the scope of this contract: 1) construction of a pedestrian and bicycle footbridge at km 7+386 of the Radomka River (Structure No. 30), 2) construction of a park pond with an area of F = 460 m2, connected to the Radomka River by an outlet structure, together with development of the area adjacent to the pond in the form of the so-called “Polders” Park, in the vicinity of Jana Pawła II Avenue in Radomsko, 3) construction of a DN 63 mm, L = 128.20 m water supply connection to the designed park pond, 4) construction of a stormwater collector along the route of the roadside ditch on Dolna Street, on the section from the intersection of Krasickiego, Sucharskiego and Dolna Streets to Młodzowska Street, and then reconstruction of the artificial channel on PKP premises up to the inlet to the Radomka River, together with access roads to properties and reconstruction of conflicting infrastructure (scope already completed) 5) construction of a stormwater collector for drainage of Piłsudskiego and Żeromskiego Streets, with discharge of water into the Radomka River (scope already completed) 6) reconstruction of a section of the artificial channel (ditch) located within the railway area and restricted area (scope already completed), 7) reconstruction of the road culvert at km 9+035 along Kraszewskiego Street (Structure No. 41). 1. The subject of the contract shall be performed in accordance with the contract, building and detailed designs, decisions/permits, opinions, geological and engineering documentation, geotechnical design, greenery inventory, water management instructions, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, the principles of technical knowledge, and applicable regulations. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the SWZ. 5. Specification of requirements concerning the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons under an employment relationship – details in the SWZ. 6. The contracting authority has provided for the possibility that an entity involved in preparing the procurement procedure for this contract with regard to the description of the subject of the contract and determination of the estimated contract value may apply for the award of the contract – details in the SWZ.
