Opportunity description

4.1. The subject of the contract is construction work consisting of the construction and reconstruction of roads together with the construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes with lighting in Pysznica. 4.2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the performance of: 1) task 1 entitled “Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route together with lighting alongside the municipal road under construction from Modrzewiowa Street to Komunalna Street in Pysznica as part of the project ‘Development of micromobility in the Stalowa Wola FUA area’” a) The scope of the task includes the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route 1550 m long and 3 m wide, which will be separated along its entire length by a green area from 1.0 m to 2.0 m wide (2.0 m wide near the roundabout). b) The pedestrian and bicycle route will run from the roundabout under construction at the intersection of the municipal roads Brzozowa Street and Modrzewiowa Street, and then along the new road under construction from Modrzewiowa Street to Komunalna Street in Pysznica. c) The pedestrian road will be constructed according to the following parameters: wearing course 4cm thick, levelling course 4 cm, main base course made of crushed aggregate with subgrade improvement using cement-stabilised soil. d) The task also includes:  construction of new driveways and reconstruction of existing ones in order to connect the designed elements to the existing infrastructure;  construction of street lighting for the pedestrian and bicycle path;  construction of a utility duct;  removal of trees and shrubs conflicting with the planned investment;  creation of lawns together with their maintenance for 3 years;  installation of horizontal and vertical road markings in accordance with the permanent traffic organisation design;  installation of fencing for small amphibians. 2) task 2 entitled “Construction of a road for bicycles and pedestrians along Modrzewiowa Street and Brzozowa Street in Pysznica as part of the project ‘Development of micromobility in the Stalowa Wola FUA area’”, including in particular: a) Extension of municipal roads consisting of the construction of a road for bicycles and pedestrians in Pysznica. In addition, the task provides for the construction of street lighting and the reconstruction of the electricity and gas networks. The investment plans include:  Construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles 3.00m wide with an AC5S asphalt concrete surface;  Reconstruction of existing ordinary driveways in order to connect the designed elements to the existing infrastructure;  Installation of concrete edging;  Construction of shoulders made of crushed aggregate, fraction 0-31.5mm;  Installation of vertical and horizontal road markings;  Construction, reconstruction and protection of technical infrastructure networks located within the study area, in accordance with the technical conditions issued by the network operators: construction of street lighting, reconstruction of the electricity network, reconstruction of the medium-pressure gas network.  Demolition of fences located within the planned road right-of-way;  Felling of trees conflicting with the planned development. b) Basic parameters of the designed elements  The assumed working chainage of the municipal roads: 0+000 – 2+136.918  Length of the DDPiR section: left side: 253.00m (km 0+018.904 – 0+271.931) right side: 1713.00m (km 0+414.152 – 2+127.296)  DDPiR width: 3.00m  DDPiR surface: AC5S asphalt concrete  DDPiR crossfall: one-sided 2% towards the  green areas/carriageway  Type of edging: concrete edging  Shoulder width: 0.75m (0.50m)  Shoulder crossfall: one-sided 6% towards green areas  Shoulder surface: mechanically stabilised crushed aggregate 3) task 3 entitled “Reconstruction of municipal road No 101229R and construction of a road connecting municipal road No 101229R with municipal road No 101238R together with a pedestrian and bicycle route and lighting in Pysznica”, including in particular: a) The reconstruction and construction of the above-mentioned roads (roads managed by the Municipality of Pysznica) comprises a section along Modrzewiowa Street and Brzozowa Street, including a ‘mini’ roundabout, 143.76 m long, and a section from Modrzewiowa Street to Komunalna Street, 1412 m long. The investment includes:  reconstruction and construction of the road carriageway together with kerbs in the area of the mini-roundabout,  construction of a new base course for the road,  construction of a new base course for the pedestrian and bicycle routes,  construction of roads for pedestrians and bicycles,  construction of a mini-roundabout in the area of Modrzewiowa Street and Brzozowa Street,  construction of ordinary driveways,  construction of an evaporation basin,  construction of stormwater drainage in the area of the mini-roundabout,  construction of street lighting,  construction of a utility duct,  removal of conflicts with existing utilities through the reconstruction of existing networks,  removal of trees and shrubs conflicting with the planned investment,  restoration of lawns damaged during the work. b) The construction of two pedestrian crossings with bicycle crossings and RES lighting is planned along the road. c) Along the existing road No 101229R, Modrzewiowa Street, on the section from km 0+011 to km 0+269, the following scope of work must be carried out: - milling of the existing asphalt surface - removal of the existing base course - construction of a new base course - construction of an asphalt carriageway together with shoulders - installation of horizontal and vertical road markings 4.3. /the remaining scope of the contract, due to the character limit, is specified in the SWZ/ 4.2.
